A 10-year guarantee for free servicing of your DryPol® system device and against non-functioning or malfunctioning of the device
10-YEAR GUARANTEE OF FREE SERVICING
- We provide a warranty certificate with DryPol® system devices providing a 10-year guarantee of free servicing of your device from the date of purchase in the event of any device fault during this period.
The system operation guarantee is provided for 10 years from the date of purchase by the customer indicated on the tax document for the device. The manufacturer guarantees free servicing for the device for the duration of the DryPol® system warranty.
For out-of-warranty servicing of your device, please contact your dealer. The warranty applies only to defects in materials and manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period. In the case of complaints about the device, postage and packing are paid by the customer. The customer pays for transport to the place of installation of the claimed product from the company registered office according to the applicable tariffs or agreement.
NOTE ON THE DryPol® system device WARRANTIES FOR THE PERMANENT WATERPROOFING OF BUILDINGS AND THE REMOVAL OF RISING DAMP
- The supplier bears no responsibility for any potential damage to the device during any transport from the customer. The DryPol® system device must be sent as a valuable package without cash on delivery! If it is sent as a cash-on-delivery consignment IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and the supplier will not accept responsibility for the costs the customer thus incurs or for any damage to the DryPol® system device caused by repeated transportation.
NOTE: Please note that before you install the device yourself, it is first necessary to determine the cause of masonry dampness. If the natural physical phenomenon known as capillary moisture causes dampness in your building, then the DryPol® masonry moisture remover will be effective. However, if the walls are damp due to other effects, typically pressure water or rainwater drainage, DryPol® will not work.
